Current Profile : 

More than 17 yrs of pediatric Rehabilitation exposure and experience, Dr. Sumit is a renowned occupational therapist who leads the clinical department of all branches of Child Development and Treatment Centre. He is a role model for more than 100 healthcare professionals who are a part of his team CRC.   

• He was recognized as Indian Icon of the Year 2019 in the field of Pediatric Rehabilitation and care by Times Media Group.
• Dr. Sumit Received recognition as Youngest OT Achiever Award during OTICON 2020 in Mumbai AIOTA Conference. 
• Dr. Sumit lead a team Project and won 2nd prize for Disability Rescue Management System [DRMS] in ICT 
• for International Inclusion Challenge 2022 organized by ATOS and GIZ.

• Certified Sensory Integration Therapy, Brain Gym, Brief Counselling Therapy, NLP Practitioner. Certified Early Childhood Development and Education. 

• He has been working with an intention of integrating the children with special needs in the mainstream society and he has successfully did this for over 6000 children. He is passionately practicing with a vision of drafting the Best Child development system in the country by 2025. 

• Embraced as a Chief Guest for flag hoisting ceremony of his own school. 

• He had the honor to guide school children of Virar by his motivational speech to become an achiever in life. 

• His motivational words did wonders for SSC appearing children of Alibaug. 

• Honoured as a chief guest for screening of movie Naal for children studying in thane mahanagarpalika schools. 

• Gave a radio interview on down syndrome on the occasion of world downs syndrome day  

• Was the chief guest at Thane to distribute prizes and felicitate children achievers of Municipality school and motivated them about their future. 

• Appeared on DD Sahyadri in July to talk about Learning Disability. 

• Won Time Cyber Media | Indian Icon of the Year, 2019 

• Presented his profession at COMHAD 2019 in November. 

• Appeared as a chief guest at INSPIRE, Annual event of Tilak public school, nerul.
